After baking and decorating cakes for family and friends for many years, Josh established JR Cakes in the January of 2014. Working from a purpose built cake studio at home; the business has gone from strength to strength.

 Josh has gone on to win various awards both national & international for his eye catching designs and has been very grateful to have produced cakes for many famous UK music artists; such as, George Ezra, Lewis Capaldi and The Vaccines. He has also been featured in various cake decorating magazines, including Cake Craft & Decoration magazine and local & national newspaper articles. Josh has always had a huge passion for baking and art, when the two collided cake decorating was a match! He began experimenting with baking in his secondary school years and very much enjoyed cookery and good technology lessons.

As a Multi Award Winning Cake Designer, Josh applies his precise recipes and artistic flair to all the creations he produces; so they are simply great in every way!
